Break The Cycle Today Presents the 2nd Annual World Teen Mental
Wellness Day
Teen Mental Wellness Day is a fun and interactive event designed to support teens’ emotional well-being, confidence, and resilience. Teens will participate in hands-on activities, small-group discussions, and team-building exercises focused on stress management, emotional regulation, mindfulness, and identifying personal strengths.
Parents and caregivers will attend an educational session led by mental health professionals on how to deal with generational trauma and its effect on parenthood.
The event will conclude with a mental health panel featuring licensed professionals and community leaders. Hosted by Break The Cycle Today, a nonprofit that exists to break the cycle of fatherlessness and father absenteeism. Committed to solving this issue by developing teen boys into confident leaders.
