Break The Cycle Today's mission is to empower teenage boys of color to become confident leaders, while addressing the unique challenges faced by those from father-absent homes. Through mentorship, leadership development, and summer programming, we aim to nurture emotional, mental, and behavioral growth. Ultimately, helping boys unlock their full potential and improving their emotional and mental wellness.
Meet The Founder

Casey M. Boston, LMSW
Casey Boston, LMSW, from Brooklyn, NY, is a licensed social worker and mental health therapist. He is the founder of Break The Cycle Today, a nonprofit dedicated to empowering boys who lack consistent male role models through mentorship, leadership development, and emotional growth. Drawing from his clinical expertise and passion for youth empowerment, Casey created the program to help young men build the confidence, leadership skills, and resilience needed to thrive.

As a mental health therapist, Casey has worked extensively with youth, adults, and families, guiding them through trauma recovery & overcoming other mental health challenges, Casey’s passion for mental health and personal growth drives his work, and he is committed to helping individuals build resilience, emotional balance, and the confidence to navigate life’s challenges

A TEDx speaker, Casey has shared powerful messages on breaking cycles of community violence and fostering resilience. His work reflects both professional training and a deep belief in the potential of every young person. Known for his ability to connect, motivate, and inspire, Casey continues to champion the next generation of leaders.
